1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EntiSearch (including all subdomains, connected API endpoints, and associated software tools), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform or querying its search services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence). If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete profile information during registration or third-party authentication (Google Sign-In).
• Safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of any local storage tokens, credentials, or session states.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized usage or cybersecurity breaches detected within your workspace configuration.

3. Platform Description and Scope of Use

EntiSearch is a federated search workflow engine designed to map, query, and redirect search queries across system-curated and user-authored Search Entities. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our services solely for personal research, design, engineering, or internal business workflows.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree to use EntiSearch only for lawful purposes. You are strictly forbidden from participating in any of the following activities:

• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-downloading search results or platform layouts using automated bots, spiders, or scripts without prior authorization.
• Using the platform to conduct high-frequency API abuse, spam queries, or DDoS attacks targeting our infrastructure or any linked third-party resources.
• Attempting to bypass security barriers, reverse-engineer proprietary routing schemas, or inject malicious payloads into any of our backend processes.
• Impersonating another user, simulating accounts, or misrepresenting your authorization credentials.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All right, title, and interest in and to EntiSearch (including custom routing algorithms, logos, stylesheet designs, typography layouts, and underlying system code) remain the exclusive property of EntiSearch and its licensors. You may not copy, replicate, modify, or distribute any part of the platform's visual identity or core codebase without our explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ENTISEARCH IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, CHRONOLOGICALLY PERFECT, MALWARE-FREE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SEARCH ENTITIES WILL PERSIST INDEFINITELY WITHOUT DEPRECATION.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE US LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ENTISEARCH, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE; (II) ANY BEHAVIOR OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES INDEXED BY SEARCH ENTITIES; OR (III) THE LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF YOUR CUSTOM PRIVATE CORES OR WORKFLOW PREFERENCES.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any claims or disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

9. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to your account or the entire platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service or regulatory constraints.
